在地深耕，質樸築構
本案為在地建商量身打造的小型辦公空間，以「機能濃縮」為核心概念，精準回應日常使用需求。材質選用清水磚、樺木夾板、鐵件與玻璃，在粗獷與溫潤之間取得恰如其分的平衡。空間語彙簡潔有力，保留材質本質的觸感與溫度，展現建築本業對工法與細節的堅持。
規劃上，以緊湊而不壓迫的格局配置洽談區與大型會議室，讓內部交流與對外接待皆能流暢運行。清透玻璃引入自然光線，搭配木質語彙與冷冽金屬，交織出一種專注、務實而具人情味的空間氛圍。這是一處讓建築人安心駐足、沉穩運作的基地，也是一個向外傳遞品牌價值的內斂展演場域。
Rooted Locally, Built with Intention
This compact office space is thoughtfully designed for a local developer, with a core concept of "condensed functionality" to meet daily operational needs. Materials such as exposed concrete brick, birch plywood, metal, and glass are carefully selected to strike a balance between raw texture and natural warmth.
The spatial language is clean and purposeful, preserving the tactile quality and authenticity of each surface—echoing the builder’s commitment to craftsmanship and detail. Despite its modest footprint, the layout efficiently accommodates both a casual meeting area and a larger conference room, enabling seamless internal collaboration and external engagement. Transparent glass draws in natural light, while wood and metal elements intertwine to create a calm, grounded atmosphere—professional yet inviting.
More than just a workplace, this space stands as a quiet expression of brand values, offering a stable base for work and a subtle stage for presentation.
